$422,000 Cash Out Refinance for Working Capital in Utah. The business owner was involved in wholesale distribution and retail sales. $400,000 Bridge loan in Utah. This loan was needed as a down payment to further the acquisition of another company. The borrower received this loan against commercial real estate. Fast, but expensive money.

$1,800,000 Bridge Loan in Texas. This land developer needed to refinance another hard money loan to get away from a lender who was making plans to foreclose and take over the collateral property.
